Mystic Magic

Items hired from Mystic Magic are for editorial and photography featuring purposes only (unless otherwise stated). Under no circumstances are any of our products to be sold on for profit without our written consent.  We would also require full crediting and links to any photos/features that are created with using our designs as well as Mystic Magic being allowed permission to use the finished images on our website and social media with team credits also included.

YOU the client signee must accept all responsibility for loss and/or damage of all items when under your care. Mystic Magic takes a great deal of pride in all our designs and expects all others to treat our products with the same amount of love, (Remember each creation is still for sale on our website and MUST be kept in mint condition!)

In the unlikely event of loss or damage the client must accept full responsibility to pay Mystic Magic an agreed fee to cover for repairs or replacement. This also includes packing and sending the pieces back in good condition too. If we receive anything delivered to us damaged and with signs of failure to pack with professional care then you'll also be held accountable to fixture fees unless there is clear evidence of bad handling from transition of the delivery service.

We promise to make sure that no charge amounts higher than the total value of the item(s) in question.

As part of our agreement you the signee are required to pay shipping charges both ways. Clients are also advised to select shipping insurance to guarantee safe returns.

In the event of items arriving damaged via postal negligence, we advise you to report this to us immediately with full details and proof photos so that Mystic Magic can then evaluate the claim and take further action.

Additional charges may also be applied when items are not received by the scheduled return date of 1 week after the initial photo shoot.

Items must not be altered or changed in any way. To do so will result in charges equal to the full replacement cost of the item(s).

This agreement is not subjected to cancellation or change without the written consent of the Mystic Magic owners. No refunds will be issued upon commencement of the hire period.

YOU the client must agree to indemnify, to defend and hold harmless Mystic Magic from any and all claims of action, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and other costs in investigating and defending same), which arise from or related to any alleged copyright infringement, bodily injury or property damage caused by the use of hired items.

The signee’s name that is provided on the hire agreement agrees to full financial responsibility for all items hired from Mystic Magic and agrees to pay the quoted hire fees before any selected items are despatched.
